      Imagine if you were in this situation and you were Naruto. If you attacked Sasuke he would eventually go against what the Nine Tails said and would have to kill you. On the other hand, if you don’t attack him, he would heed the warning the Nine Tails gave him and he wouldn’t attack you. Understand?

          I really do hate people comparing DBZ to Naruto, DBZ is on another scale and to put it simply… Naruto is more down to earth than the older anime that relied on powering up way to high. So yes we know pretty much every DBZ character(except krillin, because nobody likes krillin) can destroy a planet
