      You saw correctly. It’s the tattoo for the ANBU Black Ops, it’s clearly visible at 10:34. Captain Yamato should have one as well, just like the rest of the ANBU.

    The first time we saw Sai, I think he was on the 2nd floor. Now he was on the ground floor. Maybe he has an Anbu house & a regular house. Or maybe the Foundation gets loot from their secret missions, so Sai has a few houses to draw in. IDK… but it’s fun to speculate.
