  This is the uncut version, the one that’s released on dvds but not aired on TV. They don’t cut any scenes and have some cursing, not as much as the subbed though.

      sora has the remains of the nine tails. after the nine tails got put into naruto, there was remaining chakara in the air and they put it into sora . so now his arm changed and its like a beast arm. basically he is half jinchuriki and he can go nine tails also i dont think full nine tails but he can get some tails out

  It came up a few times thus far; the first time was when Orochimaru was able to knock out and capture Naruto, where he placed this seal over the seal of the 4th Hokage in order to disrupt the flow of chakra from the Nine-Tails and make it harder for Naruto to tap into his full potential. The second time it came up was the seal over the boulder in the Akatski’s Lair, where the seals had to be torn to be opened. More or less, seems to be a seal that need to be broken by breaking all five points of the seal simultaneously.
