  even if the bad guys are exceptionally powerful i always hate it when they run around and one shot joniene level ninja, i mean you dont get handed that rank for nothing they should at least be able to put up a good fight and make it exciting…. IMO the bad guys should have a lot of henchmen with them so we can see some epic scale ninja warfare not four guys one shotting powerful ninja for the sake of plot convience
