those who have the TAILED BEASTS within them are called JINJURIKI and sora does not therefore he is refered to as a PESUDO-JINJURIKI.

after the nine tails attacked a village (not sure if it was the leaf village) it left huge amounts of chackra residue there. Sora’s father in an effort to make an “ulitimate” weapon for the land of fire inserted that chakra into sora’s cells. as a result sora has many of naruto’s abilities but is NOT as strong as naruto and does not have as much control over his pesudo-jinjuriki powers….etc etc…

it would make more sense. when naruto saw sorta’s chackra…and felt and acknowledge it as his own….and the episode went more into the bond between sorta and naruto because of it…after all, their basically relatives because of the chackra they share….and it would make more sense for the nine tail fox in naruto to sense his own chakra, and want to be awaken …..
