      Because the seal is weaker. Before, the 9 tails gave Naruto his power, but now the 9 tails gives his power and will without Naruto wanting so. He goes crazy because the will of the 9 tails is to destroy everything in sight and just rain havoc.

It’s just that doing that doesn’t give him enough chakra to fight his enemies anymore. The show progressed to that state during the fight between naruto and sasuke at the final valley when naruto had to use the nine tails cloak to even be a match for sasuke

    Ok i kinda hate how Naruto uses his shadow clone to help with rasengan when he can do it with his other hand which is how he learned it in the first place. Not to mention it looks cooler doing it that way. Only reason he did it with his shadow clone was to beat Kabuto no reason for it now.
