    D:<…THE THEME!!!…and I wonder what kind of jutsu those other two around Shikamaru can do..they seem useless..just standing there…Why is there always that one useless person in the group?

      Their use is to guard Shikamaru, as ordered by Asuma. How do you expect them to guard someone without being near them? Not only that, but they’re just chunin. Even if they could hold their own, any akatsuki member could get away long enough to end Shikamaru, who can’t move without breaking his shadow jutsu. Get it now?

        I mean in general. They could of done something while Asuma was going to die..but they mostly stood there and watched. There has been a lot of times in this series, more than I can count where someone has stood there watching and doing nothing. It is obvious that they could of done something….and changed the outcome of things. Its annoying that in each major fight..there is a useless person -.-..For example Sakura…all she does is scream “NARUUTTO!” NARRUUTOOOO!!!” “NAAWWWWRUUUUUTTTTOOO!!!”…when sht is happening. Get what i’m saying?

          I don’t think Sakura is pathetic and not exactly useless useless. When it comes to major events yes she is quit useless but at the same time she makes up for it. Without her quit a few people would be dead. :p
