  do you mean ground type. electric type can hurt rock type but not ground type

    is it not the other way around? electric pokemon cant hurt rock pokemon and i think they count as ground pokemon but they can hurt fighting pokemon although it isnt very effective

      -_- It doesn’t matter what generation of pokemon it is, electric moves can hurt rock types, not ground. There is a difference. Ground cannot hurt flying, while rock is super-effective.
