      He’s probably dead by now. Even though he was “immortal” he could still die, look at his comrade that had 5 hearts he was “immortal” by stilling hearts but if you destroyed them all, he dies. And as for hidan, he was only “immortal” because of his god. He always killed people and sacrifice them to his godthats why he did the ritual on the floor) and in return his god would make him immortal for more souls. Since he cannot move i doubt his god would be pleased as he said and continue making him immortal, thats why the other guy was important becuase he sewed hidan back up if he ever got hurt but he’s dead.
